INITIAL MEETING & FORMULATION OF PARTNERSHIP

  • Initial meeting to ensure there is a proper fit between your business model and our business model. We discuss your:
    • High-level goals and objectives you have for your business, and for the use of technology in your business.
    • Approach to servicing our clients, and how our process may be different than your current technology support makeup.
  • Discuss our Assessment & Discovery process, which is a critical component of beginning our process that ensures our service plan aligns with your goals, and sets the stage for a mutually beneficial relationship going forward.
Step 2

TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION

  • Continue to dig further into your organization. We meet with key individuals of your staff, discuss their workflows, and use of technology, and get their interpretation of the current technology system.
  • Perform our full technical discovery, running scans on your systems, and gathering details on your infrastructure components.
  • Evaluate your disaster recovery plan and requirements for failover and recovery.
  • Perform a full evaluation of your CyberSecurity protections and policies, to determine potential risk factors and components for recommendations.

STRATEGY CREATION & PRESENTATION

  • Review the findings and details of your company’s key technical information and business requirements, and determine the appropriate path for success.
  • Present to you a full findings & recommendations report, that is understandable, and customized for your specific business. This includes a fully inclusive support plan, outlining all the customized and specific details of how we can be your outsourced IT department going forward, at a fixed & predictable monthly fee.
  • Review the processes of how we work together with your staff and discuss our guaranteed support response times and workflows.
Step 4

Onboarding & Implementation

  • Procure equipment required at the onset of our relationship, reviewed with you during the Strategy Creation and Presentation phase.
  • Hold kick-off meeting with you & your key staff to discuss the plan for the next 30-60 days of our onboarding process.  We provide full documentation of our processes, in a Welcome Aboard Kit.
  • Become your outsourced IT department by beginning our “behind the scenes” routines to fine tune your network and systems, as well as document every component of your technology makeup.
